Standard Shipping
We will make every effort to ship all items on the next business day after receipt of your order. Following credit card approval, your order will be shipped via Priority Mail through the US Postal Service. Shipping and handling is $6.95 per total order. Your merchandise should arrive within 4-7 business days.

Express Shipping
For 2-3 day delivery, orders can be shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air for a flat fee of $19.95.

Return Policy
If you aren't completely satisfied with an item from SmashGal, you may return it within 30 days. The item must be in new, unworn and un-washed condition. Detailed return information and procedures are provided on the return/exchange form included with your shipment. Please fill out the form and include it with your return. We will promptly issue a refund on your credit card for the returned item(s). Our shipping charge will not be refunded.

Exchanges
Wrong size? Wrong color? Style didn't work for you? No problem. Simply tell us what item you would like as a replacement. We will pay the shipping charge for the replacement item. Fill out the return/exchange form included with your shipment and return the original item to us. Upon receipt we will send you the new item, and credit/charge your credit card for the remaining balance.

Tax Policy
Customers in the state of Texas will be charged 8.25% sales tax.
